Please note we have following terms and conditions if you want to return an item
- If you received damaged item this is the only condition, we offer return.
- In case of prepaid payment (via razorpay, paypal or any other payment gateway), we will process full refund.
- You can file a return request within 24 hours you received the parcel
- You need to send the pics to prove that product is unused. If we suspect that you want to return used product return will not be accepted.
- It may take more than 15 days to deliver your product. You may need to wait until 15 days are finished before you can say where is my parcel? You can’t file a refund request due to delayed shipping before this time period.
- If your refund request is accepted, it will take up to 7-15 days to get refund in your bank account.
