We provide online consultation and if you buy any listing on this website, it means all medicines are listed as prescription and you you have to consult the doctor first. if you buy any listed medicine and doctor find it is not suitable for you, they will change medicine and send you best treatment or cancelled your order.

  1. We don’t sell retail medicines. All medicines available to buy only for our patients that consult with us.
  2. We try our best to provide best herbal treatment according to diagnosis of patient. But there is no guarantee you will get the desired result. Doctor can only try their best but they can’t guarantee. You can’t claim after using our prescription and you can’t ask for a refund after using the prescription.
  3. We provide prescription from certified ayurvedic physicians. We never prescribe any allopathic drug.
  4. Our doctors consult online and it is an online clinic where we connect you with our certified doctors and clinc staff. Clinic staff gather required patient information and all details are sent to certified doctors. They study patient case and prescribe medicine. If required our doctors escalate the patient case and ask more details like medical reports to prescribe accurate ayurvedic medicines.
  5. Side-effects of medicines happen even herbal medicines may cause issues to some patients. Although ayurvedic medicines prescribed have minimum chances of sideffects. But if it happens, we are not responsible for it. we can help you further but you can’t blame legally.

Refund Policy

Please note we have following terms and conditions if you want to return an item

  • If you received damaged item this is the only condition, we offer return.
  • In case of prepaid payment (via razorpay, paypal or any other payment gateway), we will process full refund.
  • You can file a return request within 24 hours you received the parcel
  • You need to send the pics to prove that product is unused. If we suspect that you want to return used product return will not be accepted.
  • It may take more than 15 days to deliver your product. You may need to wait until 15 days are finished before you can say where is my parcel? You can’t file a refund request due to delayed shipping before this time period.
  • If your refund request is accepted, it will take up to 7-15 days to get refund in your bank account.
